JESUS IS THE WAY!

Traveling around Utah in my rig is fun.  Meet exciting new people at the churches, and many things to learn from scriptures.   We find that salvation is from God and God is everywhere.  We however cannot recite Romans road and expect to be “zapped”, born again.  After starting with a “supernatural experience”, this salvation is best spoken of by the change of one’s life.  We now shun the things we so eagerly enjoyed, and uncomfortable with our old adamic natures.  We are born into this life of the flesh, we have a real father, mother presto, and we are here.  Then there is another experience that we humans have opportunity to have that is being born again to do so by the Spirit.  So we have here a man that has stated, You are from God acknowledging Jesus is God.  But again, we see the rich young ruler is not saved.  We can see when Jesus says you have to move, you have to move.  Needs to forsake what he has, or what has him.  God knows the heart, he knew this rich young man needed to forsake the kingdom of darkness, and follow the path that gets brighter and brighter.  Jesus says jump, you have to jump and not ask how high.  Nic at nite did all the right things, but fell short of salvation.  Needed to jump in his rig, and put the metal to the metal, and follow Jesus John 14:7.  He hesitated; hence he was only mentioned in the Bible as one that didn’t want to forsake all, a footnote in the annals of history.

  “There was a man of Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.  This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”  Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:1-3.

Amos Chapter eight

¹¹Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

 ¹²And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

 So I write here in the land of the brave home of the free, the land of plenty.  All we have the Sam’s Club, food is plentiful, and many are taking in too much of this blessing.  All we have water, here in the desert, we still have that liquid stuff.  We need it to grow our crops, take our baths, and dissolve our coffee.  We are certainly blessed.

So, what is our problem, Bibles, we have them, all kinds and shapes.  The translations are many; my publishers are becoming rich translating in the different translations, dialects, and flavors.  We have all kinds of Bible helps so then, what’s up with all the Bible illiteracy?

 The spoken word today is not dull, and it will prevail.  God is not in a dull sermon.  The world doesn’t know where to look at now days.  You try to talk about God, you are labeled a preacher.  Fish that axe out of the water and give us back our edge I pray dear Lord.

2 Kings Chapter Six

 ¹And the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us.

 ²Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.

 ³And one said, Be content, I pray thee, and go with thy servants. And he answered, I will go.

 ⁴So he went with them. And when they came to Jordan, they cut down wood.

What is the greatest book in the Bible in my opinion?  It varies, depends what mood I am in and what day it is.  Right know the most fascinating book right now happens to be the book of Jude.  Nice book to memorize, it decimates a lot of false doctrine with quick and punchy lines.  You might be able to tell that James is his brother and Jesus is his Master.

It is obvious who this letter is for.  It is for them that is sanctified, set apart…holy.  Yep, it’s talking about holiness folk here.  Personally, I have to repent a lot to remain holy.  I just keep on messing up.  But you know after I repent, I get the revelations that I am forgiven.  Hopefully I am growing in grace and knowledge of our Lord in Savior, Jesus Christ.

 2Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

This should be your attitude being right with God.  Because of God’s mercy, we are forgiven and sanctified.  I will tell you the truth…the more closer I am with Jesus, the lover of my soul, the happier I am.  Once had a Pastor who used to say, “Christians have more fun accidentally, then sinners do on purpose.”  Ain’t that the truth!

Have to contend for the faith that means to wage war.  Being born into Christendom is the same as Salvation.  Have to be born again, then we are born into a war.

So you think it’s wrong to pray evil against the god of this world

Like David did in Psalms a hundred fold

But Jesus told us on the subject of us

To teach us to pray and that’s is for today

 The Lords prayer thy kingdom come would win

The kingdom of darkness may lose

For the denial of the power of God

Imprecatory prayer is better

We can find it in the Lords Prayer

Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven

Prays for God’s kingdom will win

Satan’s kingdom shall fail, the B.O. Machine will lose

Prayer is better;  tired of diplomatic prayer

Pray forever on not hit the snooze.

People often assume they must be polite or solemn before God. Nowhere does the Bible teach this. Two thirds of the Psalms are complaints, and they are not polite. Most prayers in both Old and New Testaments are bold, expectant, and to the point. When Jesus teaches on prayer in Luke 11:5–10, he talks about an obnoxious guy who bangs on his friend’s door at midnight. Then he says we should bug him the same way by continually asking, seeking, and knocking. I often wonder if God gets tired of diplomatic prayers. Why else would he actually tell us to be bold and persistent—and use examples that, if we were on the receiving end, most of us would say are obnoxious.

We should pray that our enemies be converted and become our friends, and if not, that their doing and designing be bound to fail and have no success and that their persons perish rather than the Gospel and the Kingdom of Christ.

I wish this was a fable but I am sorry to say.

Other there would be no sin and we would live in eternity
